• Carefully selected high-quality grapesWe have selected grapes harvested in nature-filled Takayama village in Northern Shinshu, Nagano Prefecture. The soil of the place is enriched by the Chikumagawa River, hence it is fertile and has good drainage. Owing to little rainfalls, more hours of sunlight and large difference in temperature, the area is geographically most suitable for grape cultivation. This area produces high-quality grapes for winemaking in Japan.

• Method of “hedging style cultivation”Method of “hedging style cultivation” is adopted for our vineyard, which is very popular in Europe and America. Whole vines receive maximum amount of sunlight, so that every grape has even sweetness.

• 100% no additiveUsually, most of tartaric acid is removed during the process of producing juice. However, it being removed give pressure to grapes and grapes lose their naturalness. We don’t remove tartaric acid which naturally yields in order to make the use of the grape terroir. Remained tartaric acid is combined with the potassium in the juice. As a result, the juice becomes rich in minerals. It also contains so-called “Diamond of Wine” which enriches the taste of juice like wine. On top of that, It contains a lot of polyphenol which prevents oxidation as red wine does. No use of nitrite, water, sugar, preservative, artificial flavour or food colouring. 100% pure Mapple juice is friendly to your body.
